Director & Chief Executive Officer - AMBFS

Anil Bhatkal is the Founder-Director & Chief Executive Officer of AMBFS. Under his strategic direction and leadership, the company has grown from a proprietary concern in 1987 to a 1200+ world class player in the support service industry today.

A hallmark in his career has been his association with the Indian IT giant Infosys Technologies Ltd.

Over the years, he has been instrumental in arranging for consortium funding for setting up several software projects on behalf of his clients and for this purpose, liaising with different governmental and semi-governmental authorities.

He has also played a key role in setting up Kanbay Software India, an affiliate of the Chicago based Kanbay Inc., at Pune, India; initially as the statutory auditor. He continues as the finance and tax advisor to this fast growing offshore development center.

Anil Bhatkal is an eminent Chartered Accountant with an independent professional practice since 1981. He has handled statutory audits and tax audits of public and private limited companies and banks; he has advised clients on company law matters and tax planning.

Ganesh Savanal

Director - Operations - AMBFS

Ganesh Savanal is the driving force behind AMBFS. He is a prolific leader with over three decades of experience. For nearly two decades, he has been heading the Domestic Operations Division at AMBFS with keen focus and proficiency.

With his comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field, he ensures a work environment conducive to operational competence and quality excellence. He plays a pivotal role in translating AMBFS's unique delivery model to high levels of productivity. Customer satisfaction and client retention reflect a marked testimony to his commitment.

Ganesh Savanal started his career as Assisant Company Secretary at Colour Chem Ltd. and for a decade, gained hands-on experience in the dynamics of the Shares department.

Dhanashree Mallik

Director, AMBFS and President & Chief Operating  Officer, EPOCH

Dhanashree Mallik serves as Director, AMBFS and heads EPOCH, the international division of the company. She essayed a key role in setting up EPOCH, the IT-enabled service division dedicated to exports. Over the years, she has gained remarkable experience in Finance, Operations and Client Servicing. She has been instrumental in implementing progressive HR practices, contributing to the superior quality workforce in the organization. She integrates industry knowledge with proactive dynamism. Dhanashree is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an MBA (HR), with specialization in Information Technology.
